NOTIFICATION
The 1st March, 2021
No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/238.-In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3
of the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the
Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Delimitation Board consisting of the following members for the
purpose of delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala, District: Kapurthala :-
1.
Deputy Commissioner, Kapurthala or any other officer nominated by him in this behalf;
2.
Member of Legislative Assembly representing the concerned Nagar Panchayat, Nadala, District:
Kapurthala;
3.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhulath;
4.
Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jalandhar;
5.
Administrator, Nagar Panchayat, Nadala;
6.
Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Nadala;
7.
Sh. Manpreet Singh Walia S/o. Sh. Mehar Singh, Ward No. 2, Nadala, District: Kapurthala.

8.
Sh. Daljit Singh Nadala S/o. Late Sh. Charan Singh, Ward No. 7, Nadala, District: Kapurthala

2.
As per provisions of Rule 5(6) of the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, the
Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sangrur shall be the Chairman of the Board. In his absence, the members present
