NOTIFICATION

The 8th February, 2021

No.06/02/2021(12)-5LG2/147.-The Development Scheme of Improvement Trust, Ludhiana for an area

measuring 550 acres known as “Area opposite Milk Plant Ferozepur Road Scheme” bearing plan no. 29/LIT/72

was notified by the Government under section 42 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification

no. 85(45)-3CI-72/20431 dated 28.10.1972.

There after, the Development Scheme was amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement

Act, 1922 vide notification no. 8/37/2003-1LGII/15260 dated 22.09.2005 to the extent as shown in the part

layout plan of the scheme bearing drawing no. 33/STP(S)LDH/GR/2001 dated 28.09.2001.

Now in exercise of the powers conferred under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 &

all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord the further amendment

in the notified scheme layout plan drawing no. 33/STP(S)LDH/GR/2001 dated 28.09.2001 as resolved by the

Improvement Trust, Ludhiana vide resolution No. 66 dated 14.08.2020 to the extent as shown in the part layout

plan of the scheme bearing drawing no. LIT/43/2020 dated 10.08.2020 adopted by the Improvement Trust,

Ludhiana vide resolution No. 16 dated 08.01.2021. The Development of the area comprised in the part layout

plan drawing no. LIT/43/2020 dated 10.08.2020 shall be regulated by the provisions of the Schedule of Clauses

already notified with the scheme under section 42 of the said Act.
