NOTIFICATION

The 4th Febrary, 2021

No. 6/5/2021(12)-5LG2/142.-The Development Scheme of Improvement Trust, Ludhiana for an area

measuring 475 acres known as “Development-cum-housing Accommodation Scheme” on right-side of Pakhowal

Road beyond Sidhwan Canal at Ludhiana bearing layout plan drawing no. DTP(L) 24/79 dated 25.04.1979 was

notified by the Government under section 42 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification

no. 1502-USLG-I-79/19260 dated 28.06.1979.

Now in exercise of the powers conferred under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922

& all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord the amendment in the

notified scheme layout plan as resolved by the Improvement Trust, Ludhiana vide resolution No. 97 dated 29.10.2020

to the extent as shown in the part layout plan of the scheme bearing drawing no. LIT/48/2020 dated 23.11.2020

adopted by the Improvement Trust, Ludhiana vide resolution No. 5 dated 08.01.2021. The Development of the

area comprised in the part layout plan drawing no. LIT/48/2020 dated 23.11.2020 shall be regulated by the

provisions of the Schedule of Clauses already notified with the scheme under section 42 of the said Act.
