NOTIFICATION

The 5th March, 2021

No. STN/ADFS(2021)/26.-In pursuance of guidelines issued by Government of India, Ministry of

Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs vide GSR. 1013 (E), New Delhi

dated 26th October 2016, the Governor of Punjab hereby makes the following amendment in Part-1, Punjab

Government Notifications and Orders, dated 21st October 2020 related to clause 2 (8) of the said guidelines with

immediate effect:

“The clause 2(8) in the notification which reads as ‘Direct Selling Entity should not be facing

a litigation in any legal forum or court of law’ stands deleted.”
