No.1/13/04-EB(PR)/108.-In partial modification of the Government of Punjab, Department of Power,
Notification No.1/13/04-EB (PR)/660 dated 9.7.2019, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to designate the
following officers of the State Transmission Utility as Appellate Authority for the purpose of deciding Appeals
under Section-127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 against the Orders of the Assessing Officers made by them under
Section-126 of the said Act: -
