OF RFCTLARR ACT, 2013 FOR ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF ROB IN LIEU OF LC NO. C-154 ON EDFC

No.PWD-BR307/4/2020-1BR3/I/179123/2021.-In the Preliminary Notification for acquiring 4.30 Acres
of Land for public purpose, namely for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Railway crossing no.
C-154 in the village Rattanheri, Sub Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana on Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor
(EDFC) issued vide No.PWD-BR307/4/2020-1BR3/1/123300/2020 Dated 28th December, 2020 and published
in Punjab Government Extraordinary Gazette No. CHD/0092/2018-2020 Page No. 2593 to 2595 on dated 29th
December, 2020, following specifications shall be substituted as under:
