NOTIFICATION

The 17th May, 2021

No. G.S.R. 46/P.A.23/1961/S.43/Amd.(28)/2021.-In exercise of the

powers conferred by section 43 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets

Act, 1961 (Punjab Act No. 23 of 1961), and all other powers enabling him in

this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules

further to amend the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A)

Service Rules, 1988, namely:-

RULES

(1) These rules may be called the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing

Board (Group-A) (Second Amendment) Service Rules, 2021.

(2)

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A) Service

Rules, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in sub-rule (1) of rule 9,

after the words "two years", the sign & words," if recruited by direct appointment

and one year, if appointed otherwise” shall be inserted.

No. G.S.R. 47/P.A.23/1961/S.43/Amd.(25)/2021.- In exercise of the

powers conferred by section 43 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets

Act, 1961 (Punjab Act No. 23 of 1961), and all other powers enabling him in

this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules

further to amend the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-B)

Service Rules, 1988, namely:-

RULES

(1) These rules may be called the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing

Board (Group-B) (Second Amendment) Service Rules, 2021.

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-B) Service

Rules, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in sub-rule (1) of rule

Act, 1961 (Punjab Act No.23 of 1961), and all other powers enabling him in

this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules,

further to amend the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A)

Service Rules, 1988, namely:-

RULES

These rules may be called the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing

Board (Group-A) (First Amendment) Service Rules, 2021.

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

In the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A) Service

Rules, 1988, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),-

(i).

in Appendix 'A', -

(a)

the existing Serial No. 1 and the enteries relating thereto, shall be

omitted and "Serial No. 1-A" shall be renumbered as "Serial No. 1" ;

(b)

in serial No. 2, under the heading “Number of posts", for the figure

"3", the figure "4" shall be substituted ;

(ii).

in Appendix 'B', the existing Serial No. 1 and the enteries relating

thereto, shall be omitted and "Serial No. 1-A" shall be renumbered as

"Serial No. 1".
