NOTIFICATION

The 20th May, 2021

No. 3/2/2017/MEO/EA/2008.- In continuation of notifications No. 3/02/2017/MEO/EA/1627, dated

27.04.2021 and No. 3/2/2017/MEO/ EA/1723, dated 28.04.2021 vide which the general elections to Municipal

Corporation, Phagwara and General / bye-elections to various municipalities were required to be completed by

30.06.2021, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that due to prevailing covid-19 situations, the general /

bye-election to these municipalities be deferred till further orders.
