NOTIFICATION
The 27th May, 2021
No. S.O. 58/P.A.9/1994/S.2/2021.-In exercise of the powers conferred
by clause (c) of section 2 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Punjab Act
No. 9 of 1994) , and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor
of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government of
Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, Notification
No.S.O. 22/P.A.9/1994/S.2/ 2013, dated the 15th March, 2013 , namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification, in the Schedule ,-
(a)
under the heading "DISTRICT FATEHGARH SAHIB",
(a)
in serial No.1, under column 3 and 4, after item 97 and entries
relating thereto, the following shall be inserted , namely:-
"98 Talwara Talwara (74) "; and
(b)
in serial No.2 under column 3 and 4, item 78 and entries relating
thereto shall be omitted.
(i)
under the heading " DISTRICT PATIALA",-
(a) in serial No. 1 ,under column 3 and 4 , the following numbers and
items relating thereto shall be omitted, namely:-
"1,6,9,19,22,23,24,26,28,30,36,38,40,43,45,46,48,50,55,
56,57, 68,70,71,72,74,122,123,124";
(b)
in serial No. 6, under column 3 and 4 , the following numbers and
items relating thereto shall be omitted, namely :-

(c)
