NOTIFICATION

The 30th September, 2019

No. S.O. 106-A/P.A.5/2017/S.164/Amd./2019.- In exercise of the

powers conferred by section 164 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (Punjab Act No.5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf, the Governor of Punjab, on the recommendations of the Council, and

on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, is pleased

make the following amendment in the Government of Punjab, Department of

Excise and Taxation, Notification No. S.O.90/P.A.5/2017/S.164/2019, dated

the 20th August, 2019 published in the Punjab Government Gazette

(Extraordinary), Part III, dated the 22nd August, 2019 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words “21st day of

June, 2019”, the figures, letters and words “21st day of August, 2019” shall be

substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect

from the 21st day of August, 2019.

NOTIFICATION

The 30th September, 2019

No.S.O. 106-B/P.A.5/2017/S.148/Amd./2019.-In exercise of the

powers conferred by section 148 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (Punjab Act No.5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf, the Governor of Punjab, on the recommendations of the Council, is

pleased to make the following amendment in the Government of Punjab,

Department of Excise and Taxation, Notification No.S.O.126/P.A.5/2017/S.148/

2018, dated the 24th August, 2018, published in the Punjab Government Gazette

(Extraordinary), Part III, dated the 29th August, 2018, namely :

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in paragraph 2 ,-

(i)

in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word “31st August, 2018”,

the figures, letters and word “31st January, 2019” shall be substituted;

(ii)

in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word “30th September,

2018”, the figures, letters and word “28th February, 2019” shall be

substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect

from the 31st December, 2018.
