HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

NOTIFICATION

No. 55 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to appoint Sh. Munish Garg, a

member of the P.C.S. (Judicial Branch) as Judicial Magistrate First Class for the trial of cases involving the

commission of offences punishable under the Indian Railways Act, 1989 and under the Railway Property

(Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966, for Jalandhar District and further to appoint him as Judicial Magistrate First

Class for all other Districts in the State of Punjab for the trial of cases involving the commission of offences

punishable under the Indian Railways Act, 1989 with effect from the date he assumes the charge of his office.
