No. 56 Gaz. II/XXI.C.25.-Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer powers under

Sub-Section (2) of Section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Act (2 of 1974), upon Ms. Amandeep Kamboj,

Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) as Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI Court, S.A.S Nagar for all Districts of the

State of Punjab for the trial and to commit for trial, pertaining to the cases investigated by Delhi Police Establishment

(Central Bureau of Investigation), Government of India, from the date she assumed the charge.
