NOTIFICATION

The 11th June, 2021

No. 5/20/2020-5CPA/356.- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides for constitution of Consumer

Mediation Cell to be attached to each of the State Commission and District Consumer Commission. Accordingly,

the State Commission and District Consumer Commissions are directed to constitute Mediation Cell as per the

provision of Section 74(1) and a panel of mediators shall be prepared as per Section 75(1) of the said Act.
