Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.

Therefore, hereby, these Khasra numbers are notified as part of notifications issued under Section 11

bearing No.7/24/2017-1BR3/74/1-4, Dated 27.04.2020 and Notification under Section 19 bearing No. File

No.PWD-BR307/2/2021-1BR3/I/133756/2021 Dated 21.01.2021, and shall be subject to due procedure specified

in the RFCTLARR Act 2013, and as has been applied on the other khasra numbers notified vide above mentioned

previously issued notification.
