NOTIFICATION

The 28th June, 2021

No. S.O. 69/P.A.17/2020/S.3/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration

and Regulation) Act, 2020 (Punjab Act No. 17 of 2020), and all other powers

enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the

date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, as the date on

which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force and the provisions of

the said Act shall be applicable on the clinical establishments having capacity

of more than fifty beds.

date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, as the date on

which the Punjab State Council for Clinical Establishments shall be established

for the purposes of the said Act.

NOTIFICATION

The 29th June, 2021

No. G.S.R. 80/Const./Art.309/Amd.(3)/2021.- In exercise of the powers

conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

make the following rules further to amend the Punjab, Department of Transport,

Commercial Wing (Class-I) Service Rules, 1985, namely:-

RULES

(1)

These rules may be called the Punjab, Department of Transport,

Commercial Wing (Class-I) (First Amendment) Service Rules, 2021.

(2)

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Punjab, Department of Transport, Commercial Wing (Class-I)

Service Rules, 1985, in Appendix- ‘B’,-

(A) against serial Nos. 1, 2 and 3, under column 6, for the words “five

years”, the words “four years” shall, respectively, be substituted;

and

(B)

against serial No.4, under column 6,-

(a)

in clause (i), for the words “seven years”, the words “five

years” shall be substituted;

(b)

in clause (ii), for the words “seven years”, the words “five

years” shall be substituted;

(c)

in clause (iii),-

(i)

in sub-clause (a), for the words “seven years”, the words “five

years” shall be substituted;

(ii)

in sub-clause (b), for the words “nine years”, the words “seven

years” shall be substituted;

(iii)

in sub-clause (c), for the words “eleven years”, the words

“eight years” shall be substituted; and

(d)

in clause (iv),-

(i)

in sub-clause (a), for the words “seven years”, the words “five

years” shall be substituted; and

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

make the following rules further to amend the Punjab, Department of Transport,

Commercial Wing (State Service Class-II) Rules, 1984, namely:-

RULES

Class-II) Rules, 1984, in rule 8,-

(a)

in clause (b), in sub-clause (ii), for the words “five years”, the words

“four years” shall be substituted;

(b)

in clause (c), in sub-clause (ii), for the words “three years” and

“five years”, the words “two years” and “four years” shall,

respectively, be substituted; and

(c)

in clause (i), for the words “three years”, the words “two years”

shall be substituted.

conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Roadways (Operational)

State Service Class-III Rules, 1977, namely:-

RULES

(1)

These rules may be called the Punjab Roadways (Operational) State

Service Class-III (First Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2)

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Punjab Roadways (Operational) State Service Class-III, Rules,

1977, in Appendix- ‘B’,-

(a)

against serial No.1, under column 4, for the words “five years”, the

words “four years” shall be substituted;

(b)

against serial No.2, under column 4, for the words “eight years”,

the words “six years” shall be substituted; and

(c)

against serial No.3, under column 4,-

(i)

in clause (a), for the words “five years” and “ten years”, the

words “four years” and “seven years” shall, respectively, be

substituted; and

(ii)

in clause (b), for the words “fifteen years”, the words “twelve

years” shall be substituted.

Roadways (Ministerial) State Service Class-III Rules, 1977, namely:-

RULES

(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Roadways (Ministerial)

State Service Class-III (First Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2)

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of

their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Punjab Roadways (Ministrial) State Service Class-III Rules,

1977, in Appendix ‘B’,-

(a)

against serial No.1, under column 4, for the words “eight

years”, the words “six years” shall be substituted;

(b) against serial No.2, under column 4, in clause (ii), for

the words “five years”, the words “four years” shall be

substituted; and

(c)

against serial No.10, under column 4, for the words “five

years”, the words “four years” shall be substituted.
