CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTIFICATION U/S (19) OF RFCTLARR ACT, 2013 FOR
ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF ROB IN LIEU OF LC NO. C-154 ON EDFC
No. PWD-BR307/4/2020-1BR3 I/211832/2021(1).–The declaration Notification for acquiring
4.29 Acres of Land for public purpose, namely for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Railway
crossing no. C-154 in the village Rattanheri, Sub Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana on Eastern Dedicated
Freight Corridor (EDFC) was issued vide No.PWD-BR307/4/2020-1BR3/1/201157/2021/1-4 Dated 22nd June,
2021 and published in Punjab Government Extraordinary Gazette No. CHD/0092/2020-2023 Page No. 2707 to
2709 on dated 22nd June, 2021. In this notification the Hadbast No. "220" got erroneously published in the
"Tehsil" column instead of "Village/ Hadbast No." column, due which first row at Sr. No.1 in the table in this
notification is currently read as below:-
