NOTIFICATION

The 16th July, 2021

No. G.S.R. 87/Const./Art.309/Amd.(1)/2021.- In exercise of the

powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India,

and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is

pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Soil and

Water Conservation and Waste Land Development Class-III Service (Non-

Ministerial) Rules, 2001, namely:-

RULES

1.

(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Soil and Water Conservation

and Waste Land Development Class-III Service (Non-Ministerial)

(Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2)

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date

of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2.

In the Punjab Soil and Water Conservation and Waste Land Development

Class-III Service (Non-Ministerial) Rules, 2001, in Appendix ‘B’, for Serial

No. 13 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

“ 13

Junior

Hundred

-

(i) Should have passed examination

Draftsman

per cent

of Matriculation with Punjabi as one

of the subjects from a recognized

University or Institute; and

(ii) Should possess two years'

Certificate of Draftsman Civil from

an Industrial Training Institute or

higher qualification in the same

discipline.
