No. 18/2/1998-5TC/PF/448.-In continuation of notification of Punjab Government No. 18/2/1998-

5TC/PF/I/427 dated 06.10.2020 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 92 of the Memorandum and

Articles of Association of the Gulmohar Tourist Complex (Holiday Home) Limited, the Governor of Punjab is

pleased to nominate Mr. Sanjay Kumar, I.A.S, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Tourism and Cultural

Affairs as Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
