CORRIGENDUM

The 3rd August, 2021

No. PIU/FIIP(R) 2013/Amendments/9144.-The Governor of Punjab is pleased to make following

amendments in the‘Fiscal Incentives for Industrial Promotion (Revised)-2013’ (FIIP(R)-2013)

notifiedvideNo.PIU/FIIP(R)-2013/Amendments/3185 dated 31.07.2019:

The clause 2.5.1 shall be substituted as under: -

Reimbursement of Stamp Duty

All the eligible industrial units shall apply on web portal of the department in the prescribed

application form – SD along with attachments to seek refund.

The clause 2.6 (vii) shall be substituted as under: -

2.6. Procedure for availing incentive of Reimbursement of Incentivized SGST in lieu of

VAT/CST retention in accordance with clause 1.3.14 of FIIP(R)-2013

(vii) Application on prescribed Form SGST for the grant of Incentivized SGST along with

listed documents would be submitted to the competent authority, on web portal of the

department within twelve months of closing of the financial year. The claim for the years

01.04.2013 to 31.03.2019 shall be submitted by 31.03.2022.
