No. 04-CIO/HC/2021/49.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Punjab Legislative
Assembly (Allowances of Members), Act, 1942 (Punjab Act No.IV of 1942), the Hon'ble Speaker, Punjab
Legislative Assembly, on recommendations of the House Committee, hereby makes amendment in Rule 4 of
the "Rules for Regulating the use of Accommodation in the Legislative Hostels at Chandigarh" as under:-
