ORDER

The 18th April, 2023

No. 10/93/2017-2LG2/709.–As per Notification No. 10/93/2017-2LG2/645-52, Dated 18.4.2023 issued

by this department, the Khanna Improvement Trust in the State of Punjab stands dissolved. The Sub Divisional

Magistrate, Khanna is hereby appointed as Administrator of the Improvement Trust, Khanna, under section 103

(2) (C) of Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 with immediate effect. The Administrator would complete the

ongoing schemes in the trust and would submit the report within 06 months to the government after reviewing

their properties, funds and dues.
