NOTIFICATION

The 18th April, 2023

No. 10/93/2017-2LG2/693.–After forming an opinion on the basis of the overall assessment of the

Trust, it is not expedient that Improvement Trust, Macchiwara should continue to exist. Therefore, in exercise of

the powers conferred under Sub-Section (1) of Section 103 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 (Act

No. 4 of 1922) and all other enabling provisions in this behalf, Governor of Punjab is pleased to dissolve the

Improvement Trust, Macchiwara from the date of publication of this notification in Official Gazette.
