NOTIFICATION

The 29th April, 2022

No. 19/60/15-Agri 2(9)/4802.-In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 46(i) (a) of the

Memorandum of Articles of Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation and all

other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Sarvjit Singh, IAS,

Financial Commissioner Agriculture as Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Container and

Warehousing Corporation with immediate effect.

2.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Sarvjit Singh, IAS, Financial Commissioner

Agriculture as Chairperson of the said corporation under Article 46(i)(b) of the Memorandum of Articles of

Association of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation with immediate effect.
