NOTIFICATION

The 2nd May, 2022

No. 19/95/03-Agri.2 (9)/4913.-In exercise of the power conferred under Article 20(1) (b) of

Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (Central Act of 1962) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Sarvjit Singh, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture as

Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Limited with Immediate

effect.

The Governor of Punjab is further pleased to appoint Sh. Sarvjit Singh, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary,

Agriculture as Chairperson of the said Corporation under Article 20(2) of the Warehousing Corporation Act,

1962 with immediate effect.
