NOTIFICATION

The 12th January, 2022

No 4/46/2013-(29)-3LG2/58.-In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 60 read

with Section 58, of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf,

the Governor of Punjab is pleased to extend appointment period of District & Sessions Judge Amritsar as

President of the Land Acquisition Tribunal for Improvement Trust Amritsar under the said Act for a period of

two years w.e.f. 15-11-2021.
