of sub-rule (10) of rule 7 of the Central Sales Tax (Punjab), Rule, 1957, read

with the Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation, Notification

No. S.O.63/P.A.8/2005/S.3/2022, dated the 15th July, 2022, I, Kamal Kishor

Yadav, I.A.S. Commissioner, hereby declare the declaration in Form ‘C’ bearing
