No.-18/03/2016-PE1/ 3567.-In exercise of powers conferred under Article (12) of the Memorandum

and Articles of Association of PEDA, Governor of Punjab, is pleased to appoint Sh. Rajan Mehra S/O Sh. Sham

Sunder Mehra, House No: 184, Holy City, Paradise Phase-1, Amritsar as Director on the Board of Directors

and Member of PEDA with effect from the date, he assumes charge of this post. .

Terms and conditions of his appointment will be applicable under the instructions issued by the Directorate

of Public Enterprises and Disinvestment, Department of Finance, from time to time.
