NOTIFICATION

No. 5/1/2011-5H5/2191.-Whereas, the Governor of Punjab is of the opinion that the information with
respect thereto, or the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, of the place specified in the
Schedule given below, would be useful to an enemy;
Now, therefore, in the continuation of the Government of Punjab, Department of Home Affairs and
Justice, Notification No. 5/1/2011-5H5/1692 dated the 8th August, 2013 and in pursuance of the provisions of
sub-clause (d) of the clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act No. XIX of 1923),
read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 3426, dated the 22nd September,
1967, and all other powers enabling him in his behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare the place
specified in the Schedule given below, to be a ‘prohibited place’ for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, and is
further pleased to direct that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality concerned,
be affixed at the said place, namely:-
