NOTIFICATION

The 23rd September, 2022

No. 13/41/21-6HG2/2468.-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 33 of the Punjab Apartment

and Ownership Act, 1995 and all other powers enabling him to act in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab in

pleased to appoint Additional Deputy Commissioners (Urban Development) of District Amritsar, Jalandhar,

Ludhiana, Patiala, Bathinda and S.A.S. Nagar and Additional Deputy Commissioners (General) of remaining

Districts as the Appellate Authority under the said Act within their territorial jurisdiction.

This notification shall supersede all previous notifications issued in this regard.

This issues with the approval of the Chief Minister, Punjab.
