NOTIFICATION

The 23rd September, 2022

No. 13/41/21-6HG2/2476.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2(m) & Section 175 of

the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 and Section 2(l) & Section 41 of the

Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the officers to exercise the powers and perform the function of the

Competent Authority under these Acts as per annexure attached.

This notification shall supersede all previous notifications issued in this regard.

This issues with the approval of the Chief Minister, Punjab.
