The 4th July, 2023

No. 3751.–With an objective to bring transparent and making construction material affordable to the

common consumers and to regulate the working of crusher units in the State of Punjab, in exercise of the power

conferred by section 15 and section 23-C of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957

and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Government of Punjab is pleased to issue standardized Show

Cause Notice (Annexure ‘A’), Suspension Notice (Annexure ‘B’) and Termination Notice (Annexure ‘C’)

under “Punjab Crusher Policy 2022”.

In exercise of the power conferred the Punjab Crusher Policy 2022, due to violation of following provisions/

laws/regulations or instructions of the policy, a show cause notice is hereby issued and is informed that why the

registration of your crusher/screening plant may not be suspended till further orders.

In view of above, you are hereby directed to give reply to this show cause notice within 3 days to this office

failing which the registration of your crusher/screening plant unit shall be suspended till further orders.
