NOTIFICATION
The 27th June, 2023
No. G.S.R. 74/P.A. 23/1961/S.43/ Amd (9)/2023.-In exercise of
the powers conferred by section 43 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets
Act,1961(Punjab Act 23 of 1961), and all others powers enabling him in this
behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further
to amend the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-D) Service
Rules, 1988, namely:-
RULES
1.
(1)
These rules may be called the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing
Board (Group-D) (Amendment) Service Rules, 2023.
(2)
They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their
publication in the official Gazette.
2.
In the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-D) Service
Rules,1988, in rule 9, in sub-rule (1), after the words "two years", the words,"
if recruited by direct appointment and one year, if appointed otherwise" shall
be inserted.
