No. E-526429/WR-PROJOSCHE/7/2023-PJ6/401.–In continuation to the notification no. 6665 dated

03.10.2023 and in exercise of the powers conferred in Rule 90 of Punjab Minor Mineral Rules, 2013 notified

under Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957), and all other

powers enabling him in this behalf, the Government of Punjab is pleased to extend the last date for removal of

the sand deposits on agriculture fields till 12.10.2023.
