NOTIFICATION

The 5th October, 2023

No. 1/28-Plg.DD(PC)-2023/6152.–The Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Smt. Seema Bansal

as Vice-Chairperson of the Punjab Development Commission (PDC) in the rank of Minister to State Government

with immediate effect.

2.

The tenure of the Vice-Chairperson of PDC shall be co-terminus with that of the Government. However,

she may demit office by way of resignation or may be removed at any time with the approval of Chief Minister,

Punjab.

3.

The approval of Council of Ministers in this regard has been received as conveyed vide Department of

General Administration letter No. 01/167/2023-1cabinet/4231-4235 dated 5-10-2023.
