NOTIFICATION

The 30th September, 2023

No. 6636/E-577118.–In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 and section 23-C of the Mines

and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957), and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to fix the price of Environmental Management Fund (EMF),

as per clause 17 (a) of "Punjab Crusher Policy 2023" towards the crusher output material, as below:

"An Environmental Management Fund (EMF) of Rs 1/cft shall be paid by the crusher owner

on the output of material along with monthly return"
