NOTIFICATION
The 21st November, 2023
No. E-581779/1325.-In partial modification of the Notification No.S.O.56/C.A.2/1974/S.2/2018, dated
the 20th March, 2018 issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Home Affairs and Justice, and in
pursuance of the provisions of clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 (Central Act 2 of
1974), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare Police
Station I.T City, Sector 66 Beta, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and is further pleased to direct the transfer
of colonies or villages enumerated in column (3) of the Schedule given below and situated in the zail mentioned
in column (2) from the local area of Police Station specified under column (4) to the local area of Police Station
specified under column (5) of said Schedule with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
official Gazette, namely:-
