NOTIFICATION

The 7th December, 2023

No. S.O. 83/C.A.2/1974/S.2/2023.-In partial modification of

Government of Punjab, Department of Home Affairs and Justice (Home-V

Branch), Notification No S.O.09/C.A.2/1974/S.2/2017, dated the 26th May,

2017, and in pursuance of the provisions of clause (s) of section 2 of the Code

of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act. 2 of 1974), and all other powers

enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to change the

address of Police Station known as the Special Task Force Police Station for

the whole of the State of Punjab, presently performing its functions from the

Punjab State Crime Police Station, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar to 2nd floor,

Police Station Sohana, Sector-79, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
