NOTIFICATION

The 4th January, 2024

No. 1-Leg./2024.- The following Act of the Legislature of the State of

Punjab received the assent of the Governor of Punjab on the 18th day of

December, 2023, is hereby published for general information:-

THE PUNJAB STATE VIGILANCE COMMISSION (REPEAL)

ACT, 2022

(Punjab Act No. 1 of 2024)

AN

ACT

to repeal the Punjab State Vigilance Commission Act, 2020.

BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the

Seventy-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1.

(1)

This Act may be called the Punjab State Vigilance Commission

(Repeal) Act, 2024.

(2)

It shall come into force at once.

2.

The Punjab State Vigilance Commission Act, 2020 (Punjab Act 20 of 2020),

is hereby repealed.
