No. E 456326PJ-3/14.–In the continuation of Notification no. E 456326PJ-3/52, dated 17.02.2023,

the Governor of Punjab is pleased to designate Chief Engineer, Canals Administration, Department of Water

Resources Punjab as Implementing Agency instead of Directorate of Ground Water, Department of Water

Resources Punjab for Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority under Section 29 of the Punjab

Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020.
