NOTIFICATION

The 4th January, 2024

No. G.S.R. 1/P.A.8/2020/S.20/Amd. (4)2024.- In exercise of the

powers conferred by section 20 of the Punjab Management and Transfer of

Municipal Properties Act, 2020 (Punjab Act No. 8 of 2020), and all other

powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make

the following rules further to amend the Punjab Management and Transfer of

Municipal Properties Rules, 2021, namely:

RULES

1.

(1)

These rules may be called the Punjab Management and Transfer

of Municipal Properties (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2)

They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette,

In the Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties Rules,

2021, in rule 22, in sub-rule (13-A), in clause (b), for the words "in the case of

allottees or their spouses or their dependent minor children suffering from

chronic diseases", the words "in the case of allottees or their spouses or their

dependent sons/daughters suffering from chronic diseases" shall be substituted.
