NOTIFICATION

The 12th January, 2024

No. PSERC/Secy/Regu./185.–Whereas, PSERC (Forecasting,Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and

Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 were issued vide Notification

No.PSERC/Secy/Regu.135 dated 07.01.2019.

Whereas, proviso to Regulation 1.3 of PSERC (Forecasting,Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related

Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019, provides that the commercial deviation

settlement shall come into force from the date to be notified separately by the Commission.

And now, therefore, it is notified that the commercial mechanism regarding deviation settlement of solar

and wind generators in accordance with PSERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related

Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 shall come into force w.e.f. 01.02.2024.
