No. 17/05/2016-5hg2/2014.- In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of The Real

Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of

Punjab is pleased to retire Sh. Navreet Singh Kang on 09-08-2022 from the post of Chairperson, Real Estate

Regulatory Authority, Punjab on completing 5 years term on the post of Chairperson, Real Estate Regulatory

Authority, Punjab.

Sh. Ajay Pal Singh, Member, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab will look after the administrative

work of the Authority till the formal appointment of Chairperson, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab, is

made.
