NOTIFICATION
The 12th January, 2024
No. S.O. 3/F(I, O and M) (C) O/ 1985/Cl. 32A/2024.- In exercise of
the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 32A of the Fertilizer (Inorganic,
Organic and Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, and all other powers enabling him
in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to specify the Director
Agriculture as the Appellate Authority for the whole of the State of Punjab.

NOTIFICATION
The 12th January, 2024
No. S.O. 4/ F (I, O and M) (C) O/1985/Cl. 28A/2024.-In exercise of
the powers conferred by clause 28A of the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic and
Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf,
the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the Joint Director Agriculture
(Inputs) for keeping the samples in his custody and sending the second part for
analysis to the National Test House and the third part for referee analysis in
whole of the State of Punjab.
