NOTIFICATION
The 17th February, 2023
No. DMER-ME303ME3/3/2023-DMER/334.-The Medical Council of India had notified Post-graduate
Medical Education (Amendment) Regulation, 2020 vide notification no MCI-18(1)/2020-Med/121415 dated
16th September, 2020 regarding implementation of the District Residency Programme in the States. National
Medical Commission held meeting on 05.07.2022 with Directors of Medical Education of the States regarding
implementation of District Residency Programme. Further clarifications have been Issued by NMC vide
F.No.NMC-23(1)(25)/2021/PG/053909 dated 22-12-2022 and F.No.NMC/23(1)(25)/2021/Med./001866, dated
19-1-2023
In the above circumstances and to run the programme smoothly, the State Level Steering Committee
for District Residency Programme is constituted with the following members:-
