NOTIFICATION

The 2nd November, 2022

No. 2/6/2022-2T2/1325.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3 of Section 13 of

Punjab Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1924 (as amended from time to time), and all other powers enabling him in

this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to exempt the Motor Vehicle Tax of all types of Vehicles which

carry the Parkash of Scriptures related to their religion for performing Kirtan/Harinam etc., provided that they

are specially designed and registered in the name of concerned religious Institutions.
