No.01/01/1992/M-3/6398.-Vide Personnel Department Letter No. PERS-IAS0E/L/23/2021-8-S/1081,

dated 22-11-2022, Earned Leave (Ex-India) from 17-11-2022 to 18-12-2022 is granted to Shri Sarvjit Singh

I.A.S., Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare also

holding the additional charge of Chairman Punjab Mandi Board. Consequently, the post of Chairman Punjab

Mandi Board has fallen vacant. For administrative reasons and smooth functioning of the board, in exercise of

powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961

(Punjab Act No. 23 of 1961) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased

to assign the charge of Chairman Punjab Mandi Board to Shri. D.K. Tiwari I.A.S., during the period Shri Sarvjit

Singh I.A.S. remains on leave.
