No. 165576:PWRDA-SECYOGENL/8/2023-0/o SECRETARY-PWRDA/1259-62.–The Punjab Water

Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) hereby empowers, under Section 21 (1) of The Punjab

Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020, the Executive Engineers, Sub-Divisional Engineers

and Junior Engineers of the Canal Administration, Water Resources Department, Government of Punjab, with

the right to enter, at all reasonable times with such assistance as he may consider necessary, any place for the

purpose of determining whether and, if so, in what manner, Orders or Directions given by the Authority under

this Act are being complied with.
