NOTIFICATION

The 15th September, 2022

No. 11/47/2012-4H1/1986.- In continuation of the Notification No. 11/47/2012-4H1/1578 dated

22.07.2022 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 54-G of the Punjab Police Act, 2007 (as amended

in 2014 and 2018), it has been decided to fix the following term on appointment of Shri Satish Chandra, IAS

(Retd.) as Chairperson, State Police Complaints Authority:-

Accommodation

The Chairperson shall be eligible subject to availability, to the use of official residence

from the general pool accommodation of the type as admissible to an Officer in the rank

of Chief Secretary to the Government of Punjab, on the payment of the license fee at the

rates prescribed by State Government from time to time.

Provided that Where a Chairperson is not provided with or does not avail himself of

the general pool accommodation, he may be paid House Rent Allowance at the rate as

admissible to the officers of All India Service.

This is being issued with the concurrence of Finance Department conveyed vide their I.D. No. FD-FP-

207(TRCN)/20/2021-1FP2/I/403875/2022 dated 03.08.2022.
