NOTIFICATION

The 23rd May, 2024

No. HOME-HM-50ACT/I/2024-HOME-5/391.–-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a)

of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (Central

Act No. 52 of 1974), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to

constitute an Advisory Board for the purposes of the said Act of 1974 by designating the existing Advisory

Board constituted under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,

1988 (Central Act No. 46 of 1988) with the following members, and the term of this Advisory Board shall be till

further orders or coterminous with the Advisory Board constituted under the said Act of 1988, whichever is

earlier, namely:-

Justice Shabihul Hasnain (Retired)

: Chairman

2.

Sh. Suveer Sheokand, Advocate

: Member

3.

Sh. Divanshu Jain, Advocate

: Member
