ORDER

The 27th November, 2024

No. P.A.9/1994/S.114-A/2024/6141.- Whereas the Panchayat Samitis mentioned in column 2 of the

Schedule given below, have completed their term of five years as per section 103 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj

Act, 1994 (Punjab Act no. 9 of 1994) from the date mentioned in column 3 of the said Schedule. Hence, the State

Government considers it necessary to dissolve the Panchayat Samitis, in public interest, on completion of their

term.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 114-A of the aforesaid Act, and

all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to dissolve the Panchayat Samitis,

with effect from the date, the Panchayat Samities have completed their term of five years as given in column 4 of

the said Schedule, and is further pleased to appoint the persons as specified in column 5 of the said Schedule, as

Administrators to exercise all powers and duties of the Panchayat Samitis, so dissolved, during the period of their

dissolution, namely:-
